I agree anger is not a part of Gopi's character. But she is also human. I think CVs need to show this side of her also. And her anger in this situation would be more then justified. Actually, the TRPs would probably sky rocket just so that they can see Gopi anger and for the first time stand up for someone she loves the most in life! Gopi's character doesn't get anger especially when others do harm to her. But when it comes down to hurting her love ones to the point that they could have almost died! I wouldn't be surprised by her reaction. CVs wanted to show another side of Gopi in this whole Anita track. We have seen a sweet Gopi, naive Gopi, loving Gopi, Caring Gopi, Strong Gopi, depressed Gopi, sad Gopi, submissive Gopi, smart Gopi and sort of ditsy Gopi but we have just got to see a more self-respected Gopi, jealous Gopi, stronger Gopi, so why not take it all the way and show us a Angry Gopi!!!
