(Saathiya 2)WU 6/5/2012 ( Ahem and gopis divorce papers arrive )
Epi starts with kinjal and dhawal in hospital corridor where dhawal leaves as he has to talk with accounts department about bills and kinjal waits for him outside hospital and she meets agent patel and she is scared but agent patel tell her that why is she scared when they paid his money off kinjal is shocked and asks what ?? patel says yes your husband paid me my money agent patel leaves and kinjal gets flashback when dhawal promised to koki that he will not let kinjal face any problem and when she insulted dhawal about oil selling business and she feels bad.
AT MM:
ahem and gopi enter ahem excuses and heads to his room and koki with tears in her eyes asks gopi how is kinjal gopi says she is alright doc said she fainted bcoz of weakness nothing else koki says i was so worried what can i do i love her she is my daughter but how can i show my love she is stupid she always indulge in lies and wrong doings gopiassures koki that kinjal is alright and leaves
AT Gohem's room:
Ahem is remembering kinjals words and all those moments he insulted go and slapped her because of neclace ahem is worried and touches his head and has tears in his eyes and gopi enters the room and ahem in order to not to face gopi takes a file and starts roaming in room gopi indulges in setting the bedsheet and ahem is still in thoughts and he comes infront of gopi and twists his foot and falls on gopi and both are on bed ahem remebers his holi fall and gets flashbacks of kissing gopi and he gets up and is all confused and shy and he says to gopi good nightand gopi is also shy and says goodnight and ahem lies on sofa but still he gets holi flashbacks and is staring sleeping gopi.
NEXT DAY!
AT MM:
Koki asks rashi about anita rashi says she is gone to urmi house to see kinjal and koki says ok is breakfast ready?
rashi nods.
AT CM:
here Anita arrives at urmi house and greets urmi and kinjal she asks kinjal about dhawal and kinjal says he has gone for interview Anita says she wants to talk her in alone kinjal takes her in her room and urmi also excuses as she is not feeling well because again she has severe headache.here anita says to kinjal that she has come to apologise kinjals gives confused look she says i am hear to apologise because my brother tried to ruin your life she said kinjal he never loved you he just pretended to love you just to use you to insult ahem and your family kinjal is in tears anita says please forgive him as soon as i came to now this i was ashamed and i just broke my relation with him and she says i coudn't live with this heavy load on my heart that my brother cheated you but that is true he never loved you truly she leaves and kinjal breaks down and cries loudly

AT Gohems room:
AHEM is gently thinking about his holi union and is all shy and blushing and thinks why gopi didn't tell him that and how he forgot that moments when he was with gopi he smiles and says now he will tell gopi in different style
.
AT MM ROOF STAIRCASE :
Anita secretly observes gopi coming down from roof with clothes and stands with face towards wall so gopi can hear her conversation and she calls a man ( lawyer)
she says yes i need divorce papers of Ahem Modi and Gopi ahem Modi and please be quick as complete all the formalities of court and send the papers to MM she cuts the call . gopi hears this and is shellshocked and then to hurt gopi anita loudly tells herself that Ahem wants everything quick why he wants divorce papers so quick first he should explain gopi that he wants to marry me and i feel bad for gopi but she will understand ahem loves me gopi is listening this from back and is shocked tears are running from her eyes anita smiles and thinks now the fun starts and leaves.
Break
IN Evening AT MM :
Anita is in hall and gopi is crying and all sad in kitchen doorbell rings and she comes out Anita tells her to go to kitchen she will open the door anita opens the door and takes the papers and thanks the man as they were quick in sending papers gopi silently observes this and cries and epi ends on gopi's crying face
PRECAP:
AT GOHEM'S ROOM:
Anita is hugging ahem tightly and saying thankyou ahem thankyou verymuch and gopi is watching this from hiding outside the door and is shocked .
