Why did Kokila not talk to her son?

This has been bothering me, so I have to ask. Kokila made the decision to bring Anita to MM unexpectedly. She did have a talk with her vahu about it. Shouldn't she have talked to her son too?

aris,not only has koki not spoken to ahem about her decision...like ive said before she did not question gopi further about how she knows the truth about ahem and anitha...kokis decision to bring anitha to MM was a spur of the moment...due to pride kind of decision...she did it cos Jayanthi bhai was going on and on abt it...and since ultimately the modis are responsible for the fiasco...koki made her choice...i think she feels her son will understand her reasons...little does she know her son is not being honest with her...and that she going to receive a blow in the next couple of days from both her kids...

Varshu, I can excuse her not asking Gopi about it. May be she thought Ahemji had told Gopi about her past even though she should have said something like, oh, my Ahem has talked to you and that's good he has told you about it. But I think the CV's for some reason don't want Kokila to know yet. I have a feeling even if she had asked, Gopi couldn't really explain it. This will be opening up a pandora's box which the CV's don't want to open right now.

Gward, the way Koki manipulated Ahem was 😡 disgraceful.
It is about time she gets some jolts from her kids. She has to realize that she shd cut the umbilical cord and let Ahem make some good, bad & ugly decisions on his own with Gopi's help. As far as Kinjal is concerned I feel Koki has not raised her well. She was too involved in her Dhikra and dhikri was ignored royally by her. So payback time mom Koki.

She probably thought that Ahem would go along with it. However, that's a pretty messed up reason. Her plan was full of flaws. This is his ex we're talking about and it's not like Ahem is single. He has a wife! It was a slap on Gopi's face too, how Koki blatantly brought Anita over. If things go sour between Gohem, she'll be partially to be blamed too. You don't put kerosene near a lit candle. Everyone gon' die. 🤔

Koki might felt taking to Gopi is more important than scolding/talking to Ahem..

5cents, the Kokila of those days is not the Kokila now. I feel Gopi's entry into their lives changed both the mother and the son for good. Ahemji is her world and usually, she understands how he is feeling these days. I think it was a big mistake on the CV's part not showing her reassuring Ahemji about Anita fiasco.
I really wish when this track is over, Kokila talks to her son and apologizes to him about how she acted when she married him to Gopi and how she has acted during the Anita kaand.

It is not like she doesn't have time to talk to him so she did the thing that had more priority. After talking to Gopi, she should have talked to him too for reassurance. Her son needed his mother. She knew how broken up he was and she has landed him in a very difficult situation. Now after the kalakari, it will be more about scolding and her disappointment in him and not about the mistake she made and reassurance.

Agree. He did go along with her. I am not talking about consulting him if she should do it. That horse had already bolted, so nothing could be done about that. She should have later asked him if he understood why she did it and assured him that she is with him and also, needs his help to clean up his mess. That's what a mother like Kokila who thinks her son is her world should have done.
