On why did the CVs show Gopi being scared of escalator when she has used it before...well will quote a personal experience...My mom...an educated working women, had gone to the US for a vacation & was there for close to 2 months...she was scared of the escalators but with help of my aunt & cousins learnt & used escalators there...In India after few months she had to take the escalator & then her fear was back in place...it took really longtime to convince her to take the escalator that day as there were no stairs for her to use !!! So Gopi had used it in the past but she was not comfortable & after a longtime she came in front of the escalator & her fear were back !!!
