FYI - here is a story -

It is the day Lord Krishna defeated Indra, the deity of thunder and rain. As per the story, Krishna saw huge preparations for the annual offering to Lord Indra and questions his father Nanda about it. He debated with the villagers about what their 'dharma' truly was. They were farmers, they should do their duty and concentrate on farming and protection of their cattle. He continued to say that all human beings should merely do their 'karma', to the best of their ability and not pray or conduct sacrifices for natural phenomenon. The villagers were convinced by Krishna, and did not proceed with the special puja (prayer). Indra was then angered, and flooded the village. Krishna then lifted Mt Govardhan and held it up as protection to his people and cattle from the rain. Indra finally accepted defeat and recognized Krishna as supreme. This aspect of Krishna's life is mostly glossed over - but it actually set up on the basis of the 'karma' philosophy later detailed in the Bhagavat Gita.

here krishna., not only rescued the innocent cattle and villagers, but also defeated the Lord Indra... same thing he did in MM..he not only rescued kokila, but also punished Rashi,

Even god hears the sincere and selfless prayers of his devotees,,,,
Rashi, unknowingly played the CD of Govind bolo hari gopal bolo...and
she was using kanaji's bhajan to cover her mistake...of locking gopi in the terrace...
she moved the table near the mandir, right in front of Kanaji... set up the whole table with the masalas.. and brought the fan near it...

Gopi's sincere prayer, to give sadbhudhi to her sister.. reached Kanaji...how could they not.. god is always waiting for the true devotess prayers.. as and when he heard gopi's prayers he started his leela...

here gopi does not have a kanaji idol in her hand... she did not bow down in the mandir.. she did not do any special puja or bhog ..her simple, selfless prayer reached kanaji..

God does not demand pompous as the big ladoo or money.. all he needs is sincere devotion of the devotees..Gopi's prayers are answered not by giving sadhbudhi to rashi.. but he has some leelas which he does in a particular situation...here he did not give rashi sadbhudhdhi... but punished her

Once again i would like to copy the same verse... please don't mind...and don't think i am obsessed with it😊
yada yada hi dharmasya
glanir bhavati bharata
abhyutthanam adharmasya
tadatmanam srjamy aham

Whenever there is decline of Dharma(righteousness).. and rise of Adharma(unrighteousness)
To protect the virtuous...to destroy the wicked and to re-establish Dharma,
I manifest myself through the ages

Kanaji himself descends whenever there is a decay of dharma or righteousness... he himself descended in the form of the Govinda bhajan, in the form of gopi's prayers, in the form of mangoes, kalash and apples
to make sure the innocent are saved and wicked punished, just as shrikrishna did during the lifting of Govardhanagiri

The air and the atmosphere is reverberating with the loud music of "Govind bolo hari gopal bolo." the whole atmosphere is filled with divinity...Gopi's sincere prayer reached kanaji...

Kanaji was instrumental in the mangoes falling from the terrace and the mangoes bouncing to the mandir...making the kalash move, the kalash falls on the plate with fruits and flowers...and the fruits roll down the stairs and fell on the switch board... here the the whole set-up was in the mandir, right before Kanaji

I see the symbolism... it is not the mango which fell on the switch board, it was the apple which was offered to Kanaji in the prayer...So Kanaji himself used these apples as a weapon to punish the evil... how magnificent are his leelas

Bow down to the Lord

A brilliant post Munni!!

I'm not a Hindu myself but I really enjoyed watching Gopi's prayer to God be answered, especially as Gopi's prayer was ultimately for the benefit of her sister. She didn't ask for anything more than for her sister to be given some sense and enlightenment in order to stop her from committing any wrong doing. It showed that Gopi's true belief was fruitful and that God listened to her heartfelt wish.

I love your post because it highlights for me, as a person with differing beliefs, exactly what the importance of certain actions are within the Hindu religion and you always clarify things so I can fully appreciate the symbolism within the show, so for that I am utterly grateful to you!!

I have to say that I loved the entire show today, from Rashi's audacity at using religious music in order to hide her wrongdoing to Gopi's realisation that something was amiss. Rashi has started to reap what she has sown over the past year and a half and I am loving it. Unfortunately I don't believe Rashi will suddenly realise the wrongness of her actions after this setback but at least she is suffering at her own hands rather than some other innocent.

Love the comparison Munni 😊
God doesn't like people to use Him for their wrong doings, hence Rashi's condition! Those with a pure heart and sincere prayers, God will surley hear them. Here, Gopi is not asking for anything else but to help her sister see the right from wrong!
Agree with you when you say God decends down upon the earth when there is a decay in dharma (righteousness) to help show the right path. And as we saw today, Kanaji came and saved Koki and Rashi became the victim of her own wrong doings.
I love your comment about the apple being Kanaji's weapon. It is so symbolic that it shows God can come in any shape, size or form.

Thank You Nazma😊

here gopi asked enlightenment for her sister.. but kanaji has different plans all together... he will be deciding when and how to enlighten a person.. here he just punished the evil doer...

i do not regard this as her karma yet nazma... it's just a small punishment...

truly my pleasure nazma... this is something.. spiritualism is something which i am interested in.. hence i come with these posts... and i am very glad that these posts are clarifying the things and symbolism in the show😊

@bold... completely agree with u nazma.. Rashi will never realize it as punishment from god for planning the evil.. she infact will cash in on this accident to get sympathy and get pampered by the family - i am shaking my head with rashi's nature😕

Fantastic Munni👏
It is a wonderful post on a beautiful symbolism of faith. The story of Indra and the the quote makes it more beautiful⭐️⭐️

Today's Gopi's simple faith won over Rashi's evil intentions. She gleefully enacted what she had hatched for Kokila in front of the mandir.. There was no fear and no remorse on her face.. How could He have seen all this and remained silent. Especially when Rashi decided that she will use the mandir for the scene of her crime and Krishna Bhajan to hide and help her?
Gopi's prayer to enlighten Rashi.. That is the best I think someone can pray for. She again did not jump to blaming Rashi. She just wished for her sister's benefit. Her simple faith and her prayer was answered by Him in a manner that fits Rashi.. She will now bear the pain she wanted to inflict on Kokila, a mother to Gopi.. Krishna Bhagwan loves his mother so much. He knows what a mother can do. He protected Gopi's mother from Rashi..😃

yes god can come in any form.. any place and any time to save the innocent.. people like Rashi do not fear god or do fear doing evil schemes in the name of god😕

The sad part is Rashi only thinks of God when she is trouble! 😲 She gave a fine example yesterday when she screwed up the ladoo order!

Wonderful post Munni...very educative!!👏
I know & I believe that good always triumphs over evil.
God, always meets us at our point of need and this is exactly what happened...Gopi's kanha ji was right there to protect her Maji from the blood red chillies.
Now waiting for Rashi's screaming 😉...there is an eloquence in her screaming lol😛
