there is a difference in gopi's approach in dealing with kinjal and rashi

gopi was soo confident in dealing with Kinjal...in november...she asked the grocery list from kinjal to make accounts..

When kinjal implicated dhaval in stealing Ahemji's watch ... it was gopi who caught her with the nail polish stain on it and she confronted her with the same...

but what happened now... why is she clueless about rashi's kalakaries ...

-Is rashi playing game without leaving any clues - No

-maybe gopi blindly trusts rashi more than anyone ...yes/No then (Edited **)

why was she smart and alert with kinjal and not rashi?

Gopi-Kinjal

- Gopi is well aware that kinjal hates her...kinjal herself told many a times that she hates gopi

- and we open all our senses...eyes, ears and brain and be alert to our enemies or to people who hate us...

- this is the reason gopi was alert in dealing with kinjal ...

Gopi-Rashi

- Gopi knows that Rashi loves her as a sister, gopi also loves her sister and trusts her...

-when there is so much trust in her Rashiben,,,, there is no way she is gonna doubt her,,,and hence no chance to be alert in catching her evil intentions

- had gopi known that rashi too hates gopi just as kinjal hates gopi...gopi would be all alert with eyes and ears open and protect her in-laws from Rashi's kalakaries...

Conclusion:

Better to have an open enemy, than hidden friends.

Better to have a known enemy than a forced ally.

I prefer an open enemy rather than a friend with evil intentions

I like the bold part Munni, as that is my motto, when I am upset, I believe in talking it out with the person, and yes I will open my mouth and not stay silent. Similarly Kinjal, when she's upset she speaks, right or wrong she may be (I'm not saying I'm like Kinjal here...don't read between the lines, take the words as they are) she said to Gopi, Aham or Koki how she felt, as a result not one of them is thinking she is anything but what she says she is. But more about Gopi vs Kinjal, Gopi was coming to her sasura and hadn't formed any bond with anyone, as you said no trust yet, and with the first days of her marriage, she saw Kinjal insulting her and Aham forcing her to apologise, and when she apologised she made the tone and proununciation of bhabhi an insult rather then respectful and cheery like Jigar for example says it to Gopi, therefore Gopi knew that this one is no friend of mine.

Whilst Rashi is deceitful she hates but doesn't inform the person she hates...one thing about this track Devrani Jethani rights, is we are getting to crux of the jealousy now, the reason Rashi hates Gopi and feels aggrieved, yes she also feels Gopi is skilled and she takes the credit for her work, but the reason she takes the credit is she feels she is incapable of doing these things herself and wants credit so she shines above others, but main reason she does the kalakaries is because Gopi is married to the older brother and is getting the rights of the bari bahu. If at the end of this track we get everyone of the Modi's understanding that Rashi takes the credit for others work because she wants to be the accomplished one, and also that she wants equal respect that Gopi gets for rituals, but that one is tough, the family themselves can do it, but what about strangers like that American friend of baa's, she just needs to find a way of getting to terms she married the younger brother. Gopi vs Rashi as you said Munni, she trusts her, they have grown up together, when Urmila was on Gopi's case about anything, Rashi comes to stop Urmila some times, theyby playing the better of the two, so poor Gopi is blind by all this, but we live in hope that at the end of the huge kalakari Gopi will finally understand that Rashi has done not a misunderstanding but a betrayal, as last time she didn't believe she had done, so when the clues come this time, we will hope Gopi sees them for what they are.

my motto is " u love me or hate me i don't mind...but please be truthful to me...".

love people who are straight forward like koki and Ahemji rather than deceptive like Rashiben

Gopi knows without doubt that Kinjal does not like her or Dhawal. Hence she is on guard around Kinjal. Not that she is disrespectful or anything but she is confident around her.. More than she is around Rashi.
I do not think she trusts Rashi unconditionally but is easily swayed by her. Her heart wants her to believe the cousin who does not fail once to remind her about how grateful she needs to be to her. Yes. Rashi gets Gopi's trusts because she is Gopi's cousin and has created a veil of false love that Gopi falls for each time. I also think that Gopi genuinely cannot see Rashi as evil. Hence she creates an illusion to herself about Rashi.

But I think Gopi, trusting Rashi also comes due to fear. Fear of her Maami. To explain,

- Gopi is confident around Kinjal because she has realized that she can be confident around her. Koki, Kinjal's mom and Aham have both silently worked their magic. Koki by rebuking Kinjal in front of Gopi and Aham by praising Gopi's daal in front of Kinjal have given her the confidence to Gopi around Kinjal. Gopi hence does not fear her anymore.

But look at Rashi and Gopi. The only time Gopi talked back politely to Rashi was when she told her to stay off helping her to get close to Aham. And the next day her maami landed on her and physically threatened her for talking like that to Rashi..
The confidence Gopi needs to see Rashi for who she is and also face her is missing because of her Maami. Although Koki rebukes Rashi if she talks against Gopi, Gopi still does not feel better because she knows that Rashi may tell her Maami. If we notice Gopi when Rashi gets scolded, it is obvious that apart from feeling sad for Rashi she is also troubled. There is a look of fear. This I think is why Gopi is not confident enough to see Rashi for the person she is.

One more thing is that till now if anything befell Rashi, she has blamed Gopi. Right from the time Koki chose Gopi for Aham to the Navaratri song competition, Rashi has not missed one chance to blame Gopi for stealing her thunder. So naturally Gopi feels guilty even to think wrongly about Rashi..

- agree completely... gopi is under major guilt for taking away rashi's rishta and all her rights...and vast fear of maami...since her childhood...

-but even if she is in guilt... she would have taken a chance and stood up against rashi ben had she known rashi's evil intentions..

-in the cooker khand... she thought it was rashi's mistake and took a blame upon her...

had she known that it was real intentional to hurt her Maaji...she would have stood up against rashi and be ever alert from any impending danger on her maaji...-because we know how much gopi loves maaji and

- previously we have seen how she was trying to protect Ahemji during the bhoot track...she was all alert to save him from bhoot... as she is well aware of the impending danger on him...

it's easy to fight a known enemy or danger but not people like rashi

You are right again.. That is why when Rashi decided to file a false compliant, Gopi stood against it. She knew that Rashi was doing a bad thing and so fought against it.

The major reason why the Kalaakaris win is because of the very reason you have said. Nobody recognizes UrShi for who they are. So no one expects what they do. Even Koki.

Koki, the only person who has even an inkling of what they are capable of also still does not know the extent of how far they can go. She knows a few things like the cooker (which I think she classified as mistake and not intentional), Bhoot, Sonal and Rakhi. She does have an idea as to how far they can go. But like us, the UrShi keep going still lower that they surprise Koki too..

As long as Rashi's actual face is not revealed, it will be difficult for everyone around to recognize this unknown enemy😕

@munni and justlikethat. I agree with your posts entirely.

There is another saying:

"Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer." in being that you will be alerted to the thoughts and deeds of your enemies and be forewarned. We have seen that Gopi became a tigress when she had to stand and protect her husband. I do hope that we will seem the same tigress come to the fore if she sees the family falling apart. If she imparts the same advice she gave to Koki when Kinjal was in trouble with the credit card track, she may well become the glue that will hold the family together. But I see a long trial ahead of her if that happens.

nice post munni👏. me too believe in straight forward i dnt hide anything in heart weather it is sorrow or happy it will be out in few minutes. i hate rashi like personalities.
