@Nazma, Congrats for the new Job and all the best!
@Nazma, @ Kristin, I agree that Raashi seems to have changed for the better with regards to Gopi. And although I want to believe she is going to stay true, I cannot remove this nagging feeling in my mind. Is Raashi doing this because she thinks that sticking to Gopi and pampering her is the way to the Modi's hearts right now? She openly thought the same one day.. So is this sisterly love or just her game..
The same holds true for her need for Jigar's love.. The problem is when they show her specifically being materialistic still (Beggar today 🤢 and Koki's 1000 Rs the other day), I cannot but worry that her intention is still to gain Jigar's love for her materialistic need.
I hate to do this to Jigar. It is better if he has a mini heartache once more and understand the true Raashi than remaining ignorant all his life that the girl does not love him for himself but only for his money. He is too good and decent to be punished this way.. If only the CVs can continue this track and give a twist to it to expose Raashi before Jigar melts totally... 😍
Thankyou!!
Rashi is innately a selfish person, mostly because that's what has been drummed into her from her mother. Her actions are based around the what could be most beneficial for her. Although I do think at this stage that her feelings and behaviour towards Gopi have somewhat changed for the better, Rashi is walking a fine line between being good and reverting back to her previous ways and behaviour. She's already listened to her mum and done a kalakari which could have ended up with Gopi getting hurt - even if that wasn't Rashi's intention.
I think she is feeling the loss of Jigar's love, and although her actions are at times dictated by her desire for prestige and money, I also think that she does also want Jigar back for himself, rather than as a Modi son.
Her desire to get Jigar back and her better behaviour towards Gopi isn't really indicative of her changing her whole outlook - which we've seen is pretty much the same. She still complains about not having money, and wants to have the prestige and status she feels is her due. She still calls Kokila kagdi so she hasn't suddenly had a personality transplant.
Rashi does deserve to be punished further for her other misdeeds but what the CVs are showing at the moment is her repentance for only what the family have found out.
Personally I don't believe Rashi can ever change until all the majot kalakaries of the past are revealed - I've always said that if she truly had changed then she would be feeling guilt and remorse for all her actions and wouldn't be able to stay quiet about her other crimes.
