Did you also notice that she writes alphabets in English like the word sorry. This was written in the note she wrote Ahem (the one Ahem picked up from the floor).

Ahem must have been teaching her English alphabets prior to being ill. Remember she read Mehta's name and number in writing in English alphabets.
