I haven't seen the epi yet but I can imagine that Ahem toughed her to write simple words in English

she went to school remember. at school she had a exam on english. maybe she learnt there.

With her education, after the track finished on the note that she would continue studying not at the children's school but by correspondence, I took that to mean they would not show us anymore study scenes, so learning English, writing in English won't be shown, however, if you think back during this track when Gopi has been in that bed, most of the time she has a book in her hands, could be hindi books but possibly even english ones...hey I've just noticed a Blooper...😆
