First Gopi was putting away her jewellery nicely in it's place, having already taken off the pink saree and now was in red, Aham comes from the bathroom looks at his wife on the dressing table and at the saree (he feels his gift has just been discarded as if it has no meaning to her), and he says she has left the room a mess and then mentions the saree is just left untidily on the bed, she gets up all apologetic and takes the saree from the bed, but it slips from her hands falls to the carpet where she sleeps, she is trying to figure how she will fold this saree, Aham is just standing on the same spot watching her then he reaches down and takes one end of the saree and says he will help her, she is shocked and tells him that's okay, but he starts helping her, her female lalala starts and sometimes they look at each other but mostly Aham is looking down and not at Gopi, it's Gopi that seeks his eyes again and is enjoying the fact her husband is helping her at the end they touch hands and Gopi feels the shock going up her arm, Aham not so much, then she takes the saree from him, Aham keep standing on the same spot.
Then she says Thank you and he says My Pleasure, she's confused and can't pronounce the word he teaches her by breaking up the word in two ple sure and she says it and he smiles (one of the smiles which he doesn't open the mouth) then he tells her that you are supposed to reply the pleasure is all mine...😳, wow are they still talking about the saree (the CV's want to make us believe they aren't and it's a lovely beautiful scene, I wasn't buying it...lol).
When she turns to put the saree in the cupboard walking away slowly, the male BG lalala plays, Aham smiles at her back, I didn't buy that smile either, I felt it was a smile of pity a smirk...😆 (I have the HD video to prove it, I've watched it a few times definitely a smirk) I mean it was supposed to be a smile of love and enjoyment of the activity they just did but it was one of pity like he'd slipped out of character slightly. The director should have re-shot that scene unless they were going for that expression on Aham's face.
If that's the case could the smirk of pity mean that he was feeling sorry for Gopi that she didn't know so much, and he is teaching her now...all the English words and all.
