Is Gopi's Character Based on Ichcha?

I am regular watcher of Uttaran and i find Ichcha to be the most timid and dumb heroine ever...who speaks in a whisper...forgives Tapasya for killing her husband and etc etc...

I recently watched this episode where Gopi was giving some exams and Raashi knowingly wastes her exam time and even then gopi keeps crying like a dim-witted girl who does not know that she has been screwed...😆😉

She also speaks in a whisper and keeps doing Raashi ben...
