The last time Ahem was angry but was not sure where to put it all.
Today she over exceeded his expectation. He woken up with her waiting to talk to him by his bed side, he sensed that she wanted to tell him something and he was ultra patient and spoken softly to her when asking her what it was she wanted to tell, he was impressed and inwardly proud with her that she could learn and recall her work.
So she did as she had said she would do - she said, let me learn it and I tell it to you.
When she was recalling her times tables his facial expression transformed from being 'why is she telling me this now' to a look of being utterly impressed leaving him with his mouth opened. He was quick to collect himself and took control of the rest of the conversation.
She has definitely left him thinking that she is determined to study, she can follow his instructions and she will pass the test well for him. She had suddenly made him feel that she is looking up at him and wants to please him too.
What a terrific way to wake up listening to such a sweet voice and feeling pleased that she is doing what he wants her to do! She has certainly inspired him and left him with food for thought. This did move him inside. What do you think?
