She is educated, I felt she was doing it again for show, as she wanted an explanation from Aham, she glanced at it and didn't read it and was looking at someone for an explanation, as she sent Gopi on time to school, she couldn't fathom why she would be late.

I have seen her lots of times making lists for household chores and work, even for Kinjal's wedding, Gopi would come to her for a list for Hetal and she would give it to her, also she loves her diaries to make phone calls to her contacts, on several occasions I have seen her using them. Also I have seen her read the Gita.

i remember koki saying once even i wasn't educated, before marriage and after marriage, then gradually started to understand everything

Kokila isn't educated, I think it was to Ahem she said how before marriage she was illiterate but after marriage she was educated

Koki is definitely not illiterate at all she just had a basic education not further education such as getting a degree like she gave Kinjal the chance to but let her down with the pretend pregnancy etc.

maybe CVs has changed their mind and now koki is not educated... that is why she worked so hard to make ahem a smart businessman. (her shineing star)

From my understanding Koki was illiterate before marriage but learnt everything after marriage.

With regards to Gopi diary, she just seen the bad mark and then Ahem came in. She didn't really get a chance to read as Ahem had asked to take a look. Whenever Gopi does something wrong he is always first in line to tell her off!
