when mani fell ill..ahem was shouting at gopi as gawar and all stuffs...urmila said ..

jithu bhai ne rashi or gopi dono ko ek saath school bheja lekin gopi dint want to study...she was more intersted in ghar ka kaam and playing with gali ke bache...

gopi showed so much interested in learning...she was thinking of learning each and every moment...but when masterji came to teach her..she was more concern about maaji kaakiji..mein chaay banao...and she's running to kitchen...and more concerned about households..rather than studying...so urmila was right..she was not interested in studies...there is no harwork or lagan from gopi's part to learn letters or learn life's lessons...

todays precap also shows shecant even utter a..aa..e..eee...
what's this..she just want to read and write..she's a grown up girl who's more than 20 years old..she cant say letterss...she has to just understand which are the letters...

cv's are showing sometimes gopi is smaller than a 3 year old kid...she's dumb...etc etc...

Well you have a point but I disagree (no offence) if gopi\s parents died when she was just a baby even 2 years or 3 years is a baby, then it is urmila who never sent gopi to school. Even as Ahem yelled at gopi, Urmila did said to rashi that she would add some namak mirch just to dis Gopi further. As for Gopi going to the kitchen constantly, that has become her second nature now. Its not because she wants to or doesn't want to, its because taking care of the house and people is in her very blood, unlike Rashi who only likes to waste time and come up with ways to make Gopi's life miserable. Also, I don't know about many people but really if you know that a person the kitchen is fully capable of blowing up the entire kitchen or set the fire to the kitchen you would go and want to help them too. As for her not being able to memorize the letters and the sounds, i think that teacher is being unreasonable, we simple things we have been doing since little for granted. I am sure that teacher can't cook or clean the house as well as Gopi. Besides for a child it is easy to learn new things however, for a very simple and most of the time scared girl like gopi who wants to please everyone on her behalf, learning those 4 sounds may not be that easy. That teacher is being unreasonable and impatient like many teachers in our communities.

How you are feeling is the way the CV's want you to feel, before they spring a surprise on you.

All was done on purpose...Urmila speech, and Gopi leaving learning twice to go into kitchen, but when Gopi was young first standard she was 6 years old, a child that age needs to be guided what they should do at what time, Urmila needed to force her to leave housework and study, but they failed as guardians to the girl, even you when you were small, I'm sure at times you didn't want to go to school, you were sleeping and parents force you to get up and go to school, your parents were thinking of your future, when they did that, but Urmila and Jitu bhai didn't care about Gopi's future.

Fast forward to the present day, she stopped twice to go into the kitchen because she knows kitchen is her responsibility, Rashi doesn't go in there, the first time she heard something fall down, the second time, Rashi goes away leaving vegetable burning. What would have been the outcome if vegetable would have burnt? Rashi gets shouted at by Kokila and Hetal/Kokila start cutting more vegetable to rush to make dinner...Gopi doesn't like people arguing she would give up what she wants then see her loved ones argue (you watched the scene at the dining table Chirag accusing Kokila of stopping Gopi from studying, Gopi said I don't want to study and went to do a household chore, Chirag said she doesn't want to see us argue)...She feels cooking in the kitchen, as it's her responsibility she should take the load from Rashi and make sure all is well in the kitchen, they should not be any disagreements in the house because she is not carrying her household load.

But that evening at the dinner table Kokila explained about the dinner, Gopi went to make sure it didn't burn and finished preparing it, when Rashi left it to burn...all including Hetal and Jigar said she must leave the kitchen chores to Rashi, as she is there to do it...on the next episode she is learning on the terrace away from the kitchen, however the problem now is she can't remember anything from the previous day, that is the fault of the teacher...GuruJi stormed off the previous day without recapping what he has covered, and what he expects from her the following day, to say to her this is your homework, read everything you have done today so we can build on it tomorrow...he is a bad teacher, as someone who doesn't know about studying like Gopi probably assumed you need to attend classes and you know everything, that's not the case, often understanding comes after you review everything on your own later.

Now at the beginning of my post I said the CV's want to spring something on us, and how you are feeling is what they want you to feel, I think the GuruJi will go, and we will all be mourning Rashi kalakari worked but a family member Parag or even Kokila will teach Gopi, as a family member will refuse her to get up to go into kitchen during studying time.

I agree Gopi is a dumb girl. Learning is beyond her. She should stick to household activity. Ahem is doomed to be with a gawar

I feel that it;s not that Gopi doesn't want to learn it's just that now she has the opportunity to do so she's putting it second behind what she considers to be her duty such as cleaning and cooking and you know how Gopi always covers up for Rashi and her mistakes as she knows Rashi will get shouted at which is why she was trying to help her. Also for young children it is easier for them to learn as their brains are capable of expanding like that and often things you learn as a child you never forget which is why educations starts young however Gopi is an adult who has never had the opportunity to learn, it will take a while for her brain to begin to be able to understand and remember things for example as a child you learn who your parents are and till this day you don't forget however at 25 or 26 you may forget people you used to know or the names of your teachers.

The Guruji should know to be patient with someone learning to study and that it's harder for some people to pick things up than other people such as in Gopi's case, all her life she's been treated as a slave and indoctrinated to believe that all she's useful for is cleaning and cooking therefore despite being able to finally learn Gopi feels as though she has to make sure that the household chores are alright, secondly the Guruji should have had more patience and be more lenient because it was only the first session and therefore he could then tell her this is what I expect from the next one so as she doesn't make the mistake of repeatedly getting up, he should also inform her that he wants her to review the work they did cover like many teachers ask of their students in school so that come the next session they will remember it and therefore be able to move on
