Remember when we were kids, each story had to have a moral at the end. Coming every day to thi sforum to read the updates and other discussions, has lately made me ponder what is the moral ofthis story of two cousin sisters poles apart intheir characters. I come here as it is interesting sometimes to read the tussel between Rashi's stupid and Koki's cop like acts. But what is the moral we are getting- is it that we should be naive, ever to please, in-laws fearing good homely bahu to be always ridiculed on little mistakes here and there or out going, smart, educated married in a rich family and not be able to live her own life kind of bahu. To me, I would hate to be like Gopi in my this life. Yes I would not also want to be greedy and stupid like Rashi. But what is the moral here then? may be the moral is to get education first of all, prepapre yourself for marriage and if you happen to marry in to Modi kind of family, first of all educate your Koki like mom in law and then put your husband in place. No use of Gopi kind to get married to Ahem kind in Modi kind of family. Neither is the sense to be like Rashi and get a softy hubby like Jigar and live in a joint family by killing all your aspirations of a Cinderalla like happily ever after.
Sorry I am still not able to see what is a good moral.
I welcome you all here to please put some moral sense to this fictional story we are so obsessed with.

In most stories, the moral is learned at the end of the story. Here to we will have to wait until the end or until Gopi and Aham reunite. Hetal stops smiling. Jigar buys a clue and dumps Rashi for a new bride. Urmi becomes Kinjal's maid. Dhaval stops saying "Best in Best"- which by the way is the most annoying comment i have ever heard. moving on...Koki gives up her life of investigating, which of course she wont have to do once the clue is bought and Rashi is out. Parag and Chirag actually have a role in the house....
in the meantime, we can continue to read updates and be amazed at how Rashi is never caught and poor Gopi still cant stand up for herself. As for Urmi, she is getting her's. kinjal is dishing it out pretty good.

there is no moral's to this show. I think the writers could do with Aesop' s Fables lots of morals for them to pick and learn from ?????

That would call for creative thinking-which is clearly lacking here lately.
