Today kokila accepted to talk to umang's family. But Ahem rejected. Why do u thnk so?

Ahem might be afraid that Umang would take revenge on Kinjal for destroying Anita's life.

ahem rejected Umang for his sister because he feels that due to Umang his sister made a stupid mistake which led to his family's embarrassment (bes-tee) and his mother shedding tears.

My understanding is that Ahem also knows that Umang is not a good guy (he should know of some of his shennigans as he did date Anita).

Oh another reason! he sees that Gopi is standing up to him and - horror of horrors - his mom🤣.So if the unpad, gawar, Gopi can stand up to Kokila the Great, then he, the educated, Mercedes-drving, Mighty Aham Modi should not be left behind! So he says no to Umang! It could be nothing personal!
