In India in olden days as most of you know, a girls worth is only till she has a husband or else she has to live an ascetic life(life of self-denial and self mortification)... She can't dress to kill... she can't smile let alone laugh... thats why we can interpret it as Koki blesses her to be happy and prosperous always and we can interpret is as a blessing to Ahem... but it is basically a blessing to both of them as a couple...
