But I wonder how come this show is doing so well at the ranking .... even strong shows like Geet are not in the list .....

Do ppl really like the storyline as it is now ????

So ... what does this mean ? Gopi's suffering prolonged ?? And just blink-n-u-miss-him scenes for Aham ??

If so .. I'd rather they give Goham some good scenes .... even if the ranking goes down !!!!

How in the world is this possible? Is it because it comes on early and more people are around to watch it? What time does Geet come on? I can't imagine it not being in the top 10!

Here in the states we have the Nielsen ratings that determine the top shows. Random families are picked to participate. They come in your home and hook up all your TVs to a device that downloads your watching data every night. You have to be willing to be interviewed so they know your family's demographics, and they upgrade their equipment often. Each participating household represents about 2000 households.

Is this how they do the TRPs? Is it pretty reliable?

We watch this crap because of the forum 😆 well, and for an occasional peek at our dear boy, but why do others watch it?

i really dont know how the ranking system here works ...

it seems pretty organised in the US ... i doubt it is so here .... ...

Like you said ... maybe the time slot works in its favour ..... most women give up the remote to their husbands at prime time ...

with the children studying ... guess the women watch the show peacefully at this hour !

i think this is ahead because its a family show...
geet on the other hand is more younster types...my mom would never watch geet...i love it though

Very true ... Geet like most Star one shows is aimed at the urban youth !!!

And here i guess Saathiya scores with the most of the female populace addicted to family dramas ....... namely saas-bahu sagas !!!!
