you know, when you open contests members get more active, i don't know, could be various reasons-getting a chance to display their talent, maskofying dev members 😆, simply wanting to show they can also be active on the forum, etc, etc. all the silent members rush forward. my thread will get 200 views but only 20 replies..which means there must be so many silent members in the forum. we can encourage them to come out.

tam...Dev Team...is something a person or team of members who take care of the forum......monitors forum for topics that should be closed, posts which are voilating IF rules and etc...in short Care Taker of the forum...

sure lov...i'll post it on sunday, if my mom doesn't force me to put my heads in the books. 😆 also, i can also co-ordinate my analysis in such a way it comes out just after your update it still fresh in everyone's mind..maybe then people will comment more on our threads. 😆
