Why doesn't Nahar divorce Chandani?

yaaa, but now i don't think that chandini wants to divorce nahar..
as far as the deal..
nahar wants both. & wife and house...
so what will he do now?

and saloni will be upset with nahar as he couldnt save their home

This thought arose in my mind too.....why doesn't Nahar just divorce Chandni......but ofcourse this bhoothni is never going to leave his shadow.... 😡

I don't understand why Nahar and his family can't use the law.
Law and order is not that bad in India. Some time back with the
Kuki Aunty episode, theey proved in th ecourt that chandni was
dead and Kuki aunty was her murderer. Those reports can be
used against Chandani. If she maintains that the woman who
was killed was her twin Devika, the whole thing falls on her
how to defend that and show that she is infact Chandani. I am
very sure that there must be laws about how long a person
should wait to go through second marriage after the first
spouse has been declared dead.
I think more than that, here Nahar and his family is keeping
more quiet about this as to find a way to get the lost property
back by staying in the same haveli.
It would be interesting to see if Saloni can fight for her rights
against Chandani in a logical and intelligent way using law and
order of our country. Submitting to the tortures of your enemy
and praying alone would perhaps not help in real life. If this
happens to any one of us, think deep of how we would tackle
the situation. I would like to be with my husband and his loving
family even if I have to face economic challenges and start from
the scratch. Definitely not like Saloni , I don't think I would ask
my hubby and his family to go and live inthe haveli knowing
that they they will not be respected there.But then this is reel
life. The Indian soaps should teach woman of today to be
active, educated and possessive to an extent to fight for their
rights rather than being submissive and tolerant o abuse from
any body.

nahar married chandani and lived with her and never cared to know her family background....or atleast who else is in her family.. briju bhiya i got a wife for me from the new mall...its was on deal..one unluck winner will get a surprise gift with it... 😉
of course one can get married after spouse is declared dead...if its missing you have to wait for some seven years before.

why can't they play by her rules and prove her devika since court already proved chandini was already killed by kuki kaki.

well very good thinking!!! they all can say she is devika not chandani and ask her to proove, if she is chandani..where was she for so long? why she never showed up? her sister went to her house did all the drama at got killed in her name..nahar got married .and she never appeared...silly it never makes sense...

in order to use law, one has to be smart, do you think Nahar has brain? He is good looking rich man thats all not brain, he did not trust his wife at once and look when they end up because of him.
