Anchal Diwedi screams at Rajshri Thakur for eating up her diet food

One often hears of actresses locking horns over men, make-up, clothes, roles… But now news of Rajshri Thakur and Anchal Diwedi fighting over diet food takes the cake.

The Saat Phere actresses were shooting for a complicated scene on Thursday afternoon. It was a crucial scene that had to be wound up before the actors took off for their New Year leave. "It was a long scene that went on well beyond the scheduled lunch break," says a source. Apparently, at 3 pm a famished Rajshri Thakur walked into her make-up room and spotted a tiffin box on the table. Since she was required to be on the sets in exactly ten minutes Rajshri wolfed down the contents of the lunch box before heading back to the sets.

After some time, Anchal walked into the room, frantically looking for the diet-food lunch that she had got from home. "Anchal hadn't had her lunch, and she lost her cool when she opened the tiffin box to find it completely empty."

Anchal has been on a diet for some time, and keeps away from greasy unit food. "Anchal confronted Rajshri when she learnt that the dusky actress had eaten her dabba," said a unit hand.

We spoke to Anchal to get her version on the fight. "I was livid! I was famished when I went looking for my food. But guess what, my co-star had polished off all my food, leaving nothing for me," snapped Anchal.

At first, Rajshri did not know why Anchal was so angry, and stood there tongue-tied. "She genuinely didn't know the reason for Aanchal's anger," says a source. On learning the truth, an embarrassed Rajshri apologised to Anchal.

Wonder why Rajshri had to have Anchal's diet food? "Exactly! I think she can afford to put on a few more kilos," said Anchal.

Hmm, while it may seem like Anchal overreacted. I can't really blame her, if I were in her place, and I was hungry and returned to find someone had taken my food I would be upset too!!

😆 That's so funny.I would be upset if someone eats my food.&& I'd get mad...but just too ma parents and bro!If it was someone else,I'd kindly be like "Could you please ask me before eating my food,and I would be more than happy to give it to u myself!" 😊 I think Anchal overreacted just a bit.But,I'm sure they're both soo over it by now.

Yes I too think thats an over reaction. In movies people fall in love after such scenes 😆 .

Rajshree ate it becoz she was hungry and not becoz she was scheming or something. Aanchal cld have had something else and told Rajshree shemis dieting so aviod her food.

But significantly dieting tends to make a person irritable and querulous.
