Brijesh Living Room
Brijesh stops Tara and reminds her of 'maryada'. Samar says that today he has seen the haughtiness of rich and he will never forget his insult even though his fly might do so. I promise to take payback for this insult. Both leave. Kakisa speaks up that now matters have gone overboard. Its shameful that they are talking abt Saloni's right. Aditi says it's enough now how can they insult us? They have this status and position becoz of us and how dare they create such a scene here? Nahar must divorce Saloni. Tara says why always blame Saloni? And why shd Nahar divorce Saloni? Aditi replies that Saloni left the house on her own. She is a normal girl from normal household. Without us she has no prominence in society and she has rendered us shameful. Tara retorts that Saloni does not need money or position for her eminence, her identity is by her good traits. Beware of God before penalizing her. Brijesh screams to stop all this fighting and asks them to be united during these times instead of building walls between each other.

Saloni ques him that what was the need to go and beg for money and who gave them the right? The matter is reld to my house and between my in-laws and I will not tolerate anyone insulting my in-laws. Samar promises never to involve come what may.

Judge says its been 2 yrs since Chandni was killed. Nahar takes oath. Prosecuting Lawyer says since accused has accepted his crime hence no arguments. Judge asks Nahar whether he accepts his crime and Nahar says Yes. Just then a Lawyer enters and informs he is Lokesh (think so) Pratap Chauhan for defense of Nahar. Its not a clear and easy case since Nahar did in an emotionally surcharged and depressed person. Judge asks how does he prove that Nahar was mentally disturbed?
Defense Lawyer : How many years since Chandni's death?
Nahar : 2 yrs
Defense Lawyer : Why are you accepting crime after 2 yrs?
Nahar : I want to repent and show penitence.
Prosecg Lawyer objects why the need to talk abt this when Nahar has accepted crime but Defense lawyer says its imp.
Defense Lawyer : What's the reason of repenting now after two yrs. What made you realize, what awakened your soul?
Nahar : Saloni made me realize.
Defense Lawyer : Do you love Saloni?
