3rd march episode:
Saloni hears everything and is shocked. Tara asks Saloni if everything is all right. She controls herself and they leave. Ambika comes out from doctors cabin and sees Saloni and Tara leaving. She gets scared and hurriedly drags Manno bhabhi and Shubra and asks them to immediately move out of the area.
They reach home to find Narpat, Samar and Kaveri waiting. Ambika tells that they just missed Saloni. Kaveri adds fuel by saying that she had said earlier that there is no need to go to any doctor, then why did Manno bhabhi take Shubra to a doctor. Manno bhabhi gets very angry and tells Kaveri that you are younger and there are elders around to take decision. She shd keep control of her tongue. Kaveri replies that think what wld have happened had Saloni and Tara seen them. These kind of issues spread like forest fire. And we know every third person here so imagine the repercussions. Manno bhabhi says we have to think of options available. Kaveri quickly says abortion is out of question. At this Manno bhabhi says marriage at the earliest is the only option. Ambika says yes we have to hurry up now.
Just then Saloni comes and asks whose marriage they are talking about? What is it that everyone is hiding from her? She asks everyone and then asks Narpat that Papa you have always taught me to speak the truth and build trust, you always trusted and supported me and now what has happened to all that, all the values the faith. She says that whatever I saw, I heard is false and even these reports from hospital are false which state that Shubra is pregnant. Saloni says have I become an outsider now that things are hidden from me. I am the daughter of this house and Shubra is my sister and I will always take care of her. Narpat breaks down and says he is sorry.
Saloni then goes to Shubra room. She tells Shubra that the bond of sisters is like that they shd be able to read each other's tears and understand the problems. Saloni says she is sorry she did not see her pain. She tells Shubra that no matter what she will always stand by her.
Saloni comes in the living room and Ambika tells her Nahar is on call. Saloni talks to Nahar who suggests that he will pick her up. Saloni says she will take some time more and will call him once free. Ambika tells Saloni that it wld not be right if Nahar comes and sees them so tense, he might sense something. Hence Saloni shd go on her own, Saloni agrees. Manno bhabhi assures her that Shubra is her responsibility.
Saloni calls Nahar and tells him that she has reached home to help Tara in kitchen so he shd not bother to pick her up. Nahar says that she has spoiled his plans of long drive and fun. Saloni is tense, tells him everyone is waiting for dinner and disconnects.
Manno bhabhi, Narpat, Ambika, Samar and Kaveri are discussing what shd be done now. Manno bhabhi says that in present circumstances marriage is the only option. She says she will take charge of this responsibility. Kaveri is happy.
Manno bhabhi is shown going to some (forgot her name) Mausi and tells that there is a beautiful girl with fair complexion, sharp features and an excellent cook for your son. Mausi tells her that does she know all that abt her son. Manno bhabhi says she has made all enquiries. Her son is twice divorced and has two kids. She then says there is one problem that the girl is pregnant. Hearing this Mausi gets outraged and asks Manno bhabhi whether she has lost her mind. Manno bhabhi retorts that your son is no good too, all know that the women left him! Both times. And he has kids too.
Manno bhabhi is shown going to lots of places for Shubra's proposal but each time it is rejected.
She returns in vain and begs forgiveness from Narpat and says she is sorry she cld not keep up with her promise made to Narpat and Saloni. This is becoz Narpat had made her promise to tell the truth while taking the proposal. And after knowing the truth no one was ready amongst all 10 people; whether they were handicapped, divorcee, having kids. She says that men have an exaggerated ego and that they can do horrendous deeds but expect girls to be untouched virgins. To add on the moustache is symbolic of their further bloated ego.
Ambika gets very upset and takes poison and she gives it to Shubra. She asks her to drink it and leave some for her. Shubra takes the bottle and is abt to drink it when Manno bhabhi comes and snatches away the bottle. Manno bhabhi questions Ambika's action. Ambika says that I cannot tolerate the agony anymore and want to kill myself, otherwise which mother wld give want to kill her own child. Wherever I see its darkness and nothing else. Manno bhabhi tells her this is not the right thing to do, we have to look for an option and we have to fight this situation. She then takes Ambika out of the room and asks Gayatri to take care of shubra.
In the living room, the discussion is on abt what shd be done, Kaveri takes this opportunity and says that one solution is there that is if no one minds it. Kaveri says that they shd think abt Karan and Shubra's marriage.
All are shocked and visibly frozen! 😆
