Always hope for the best but be prepared for the worst . Applying for documents all over again is a horrid procedure...........trust me , i know.

I know. I had passports and all other documents were with me. I had fprgoteen insurance papers. I had packed them with imp phone numbers and in order to take that out I forgot all other papers on the table.
Luckily we have all insurance with same company and I had my car isurance papers. So if needed I could have gotten them easily.
But still it is easy to panic seeing all teh destruction.
we are truly lucky as in our area still most ppl are without power that includes many of my freinds.
luckily weather is mild.
Thanks for the concern and caring.

Thanks arwa yes everything is ok in our subdivision. But others are not that lucky, They are still without power.
Most of the tress are fallen and it has affected the power lines. Big chunk of tree in front fell on road too. luckily it was put on side when we got back.

What a coincidence di! This happened last year in our backyard
It was a huge tree and one biggg branch fell off. Thanks goodness it didn't affect our building.
We called the tree guy, they took it away and shortened all the branches
So glad to hear all of you are safe
