Yesterday's Recap
Julie aka Laali Maasi tells everyone that Kalika brought her in to the family to destroy Saloni's home.Kakasa asks Kalika if what is happening is true? Kalika replies that what you have heard is true.Kakasa Slaps Kalika.
Singh house:
Kakasa says to Kalika -"I feel bad that I tried to find a daughter in a bad woman like you". Kalika replies that "I am not your daughter and you are not my father". Everybody looks shocked hearing this.Kakasa raises his hand to slap Kalika again, and Saloni stops him saying that we dont have much time now, we have to save Nahar. Then we will take care of Kalika's misdeeds. Everybody leaves.Kalika thinks that it is good all the truth came out, now I dont have to fake tears, or carry the burden of false relations.
Lawyer's Office:
Lawyer says that because of Julie aka Laali Maasi,it is proven that Kalika cheated the Singh family but it is not possible to prove Nahar's Innocence in the murder using this fact. Saloni tells the lawyer that there must be some way to prove that Nahar is innocent, since everyone now knows that Kalika is behind all this.Lawyer tells that "Madam, the court will not leave Nahar with anybody's statement.The judge needs proof.without proof we cannot do anything".
Jail:
The constable brings Nahar to the Visitor Area and says you have only 5 minutes. Saloni meets Nahar.
Nahar: Everything is over Saloni.
Saloni:No Nahar, trust on god, everything will be fine.
Nahar: We had such beautiful dreams, us and our girl child.our little Saloni and our small world.(Both of them are crying).I feel happy that although the whole world thinks that he is a murderer, and now my family believes that I am not.Even Kakasa knows the truth about Kalika. But I feel bad, that I am leaving you.
Saloni:Nahar, no we will be together until our last breath.
Nahar:But Saloni, after the sunset the sky will become dark.
Saloni: Sun has not yet fallen, Nahar the ray of hope is hidden somewhere, which we will get soon.Please remember what happened on that night.
Nahar:I am getting mad thinking what happened that night,but I am not able to remember anything which will help me now.
Saloni: Please try to remember for my sake.Nahar:After our outing that night, I returned to office to meet Kakasa. Kakasa showed me the papers which Kshitij had given him.After looking at the papers, I tried to call Kshitij.He did not pick the phone the first time. I called again, and again but nobody picked the phone.After several times, he picked the phone but there was no reply from the other end. I thought that he was joking with me.I decided that I will go home
and meet him and ask him why Kshitij did this to him.
Saloni: one minute, Kshitij picked the phone and did not reply? Why do you think Kshitij did not reply.. Is it possible that Kshitij was dead even before Nahar spoke to him on the phone.
Nahar: It may be possible.
Saloni:Even I think so now. Now we have got a way to save you. I will use this fact to save you.
Saloni leaves.
Ambika opens the door and she sees Kalika. Ambika scolds her and tells her to get out of there since she has no relation with the house. Kalika replies that I do because my mother is here,but there will be no relation from today since she will take her mother away from there.Ambika stops her, you are in the world of sins, and in that your mother shouldnt be a part of it. You have come here to excercise the right
of a daughter, but you dont know the meaning of a daughter or a mother or a relationship.Kalika replies that she is her mother and she will take her anywhere or keep her anywhere. Ambika again stops her. Kalika threatens to call the police. Samar stops Kalika and tells her to take her mother away and not to come back to their house again.
Saloni tells to the lawyer about what Nahar told her about that night. Saloni tells that she feels Kshitij was dead even before Nahar called him. Because even when Kshitij picked the phone,he didnt reply this means that the phone was not answered by Kshitij but by the murderer.The lawyer tells that if we can prove what saloni is telling in the court then Nahar can be saved.Brijesh asks how it is possible.The lawyer tells if we can get the phone records from the mobile company which has the details of the phone calls Nahar made on that day.We can use those phone records to know when Nahar called Kshitij.And If the phone calls were made after Kshitij's recorded death time in the post mortem reports, then we can prove
that Nahar didnt kill Kshitij.
The lawyer, Brijesh and Saloni are in the office. Brijesh is holding the collar of the manager, and the manager is telling him that he cannot release the records due to privacy reasons.Brijesh is still holding and telling him what he means privacy reasons because a person's life is at risk and he needs them
at all costs. The manager still refuses. Brijesh breaks a vase and holds the neck of the manager, and threatens to kill him. Saloni tries to stop Brijesh and Brijesh replies that he is ready to do anything to save Nahar. Saloni again requests the manager to give the reports since its a matter of someone's
life. The manager finally agrees and gives the reports to Brijesh who hands them over to Saloni.Saloni tells to the lawyer according to the phone records, Nahar's last call to Kshitij was after midnight.The lawyer replies according to the postmortem report, Kshitij's death was around 12 am.Brijesh tells that
this means Kshitij was dead even before Nahar's arrival into the house.lawyer tells that there is still three hours left for 5 am, we should go to meet the magistrate to get the stay order.
Its raining heavily.. and Brijesh, Saloni and the lawyer try to get into Magistrate's office. They tell to the watchman that they need to meet the judge immediately but watchman wont let them meet him resulting in a commotion. The judge hearing the disturbance comes out and asks what is happening.Saloni requests the Judge to sign on the stay order. The judge says that he wont and to meet him at the court tommorow. Saloni tells it will be too late and requests him again to save her husband.The judge replies that it is not his problem and begins to go inside his house. Meanwhile at the Jail, a constable comes and reminds Nahar to get ready for his death and opens the jail gate. Saloni stops the Judge and says that it is said that the power of justice is given to god in heaven, and on earth that power is given to a judge. As the god's representative its your duty to punish the guilty and save the innocent.Even you have to die one day,
In heaven when the god asks why he did not do his duty properly then what will you reply then. The judge ponders over saloni's words. Meanwhile Samar, Ginni and Ambika are praying in the Mandir. At the same time, Narpat gets the piece of paper, which is blown away by the wind and gets to know that Nahar has been found guilty and is to be hanged. He thinks that Nahar will never do that and Kalika is blaming on Nahar purposefully. He decides to meet Kalika immediately and gets up from the road.At the sametime, Nahar is shown taking his last bath in the jail.
At Singh's house:
Bhabho,Tara, Servant Ramsingh are praying to the goddess, and begging the god to save Nahar.Meanwhile Ambika,Ginni and Samar are shown praying to the god at the Mandir.
Brijesh tells to the lawyer that the law tells that it is acceptable for 100 criminals to escape but one innocent person shouldnt die. Saloni also requests again and again. The judge signs the stay order and tells her to go and save her husband. Meanwhile Nahar is shown saying his last prayer. meanwhile Saloni and the gang are shown driving in the rain to jail.Meanwhile Tara and others are shown praying to the god.
At the same time Nahar is being taken to the place where he is to be hanged.And he is stepping on to the place where he is to be hanged. The car in which saloni is there stops and they begin to start running to the jail. Nahar is made to stand in front of the noose. Brijesh and the gang reaches the jail soon and shows the papers. Meanwhile the police officer decides its time to hang nahar an puts the black cloth over Nahar's face. The show ends with Nahar's head
in the noose(yet to be hanged).
Kalika tells how dare Kakasa is to scold her in her own house.
