Professionally, I have learnt how to have more patience and to be punctual. I used to be impatient. Now, I have become very patient and that you should always be on time. Never make your crew members wait and waste their time. Personally, I feel that I've learnt that one shouldn't get attached to people emotionally. In this industry, they keep coming and going. And you have to move on.
