As HML and Rahul are leaving, Mansen and Yuv enter. Mansen tells Yuv that this is the Sheikh and this is his daughter. Mansen tells Bhoomi that she double crossed him. Bhoomi tells him that if he can do it why cant she. Mansen tells Bhoomi that if he can destroy Arjun then he will treat her even worse. Mansen tells her that she has not proof against him that he took Arjun's money, but she will not be able to save herself from him.
Bhoomi tells him that he should think about saving himself. She then shows him a tape recorder and plays back his conversation. She tells him that now I have your own statement as a proof. She tells Mansen that if he destroys her, he will not be spared. Mansen and Yuv leave.
HML tells Bhoomi that now it looks as though she is prepared to win the fight and moreover LK is also with her.
Baisa thinks that once Bhoomi gets the photographer to tell Arjun the truth things will get better. Shefali asks Baisa where Devika is and Baisa tells her she has gone to the market to get some things. Shefali wonders why Ghanu Kaka or Sarita have not gone to get things from the market.
Bhoomi reaches the photoshop, but the guy there refuses he did or does any such fake pics. Shefali reaches there as well. Shefali asks Bhoomi how she liked her surprise. She tells Bhoomi that she was keeping an eye on her and knew she was upto something as she (Bhoomi) knew that the pics were a fake.
Bhoomi tells Shefali that she came here to help her, as Baisa is going to show those pics to Arjun, and tells Shefali to imagine what would be Arjun's reaction when he sees those pics, Arjun would hate her. Shefali imagines Arjun getting angry at her.
Mansen get angry at Yuv for trusting Devika, tells Yuv that she is a very shrewd lady and wonders why she saved Arjun when she herself wanted to destroy him. He tells Yuv he will wait for the right time then strike Devika and she will not be able to save herself.
Shefali takes Bhoomi back home in her car, Bhoomi thinks then throws her earring out of the window and asks Shefali to stop the car. She gets out to pick the earring and from behind a tree, calls Baisa to show the fake pics to Arjun. In the car Bhoomi tries to scare Shefali … what if Arjun sees the pics.
Baisa takes the pics and heads towards Arjun's room. She acts as though she is very hesitant to show him something but has to. She then shows Arjun the pics. Arjun is surprised to see them, he tells Baisa that all this is a lie, Shefali is only his friend. Baisa tells Arjun that Shefali gave her the pics.
Shefali Bhoomi walk in. Arjun gets angry at Shefali, asks her what is all this, why did she play such a dirty trick, and ARJUN SLAPS SHEFALI. Bhoomi tells Arjun that it is all her fault, she did all this as she did not want Shefali to come between her and him. Arjun gets angry at Devika and tells her not to show her face to him again. Shefali / Arjun leave.
Baisa asks Bhoomi why she did such a thing. Bhoomi tells her that the photographer is not willing to give proof against Shefali, and this way she can gain Shefali's trust and then confuse her and then strike at her.
Bhoomi walks back to her room, when Shefali stops her, thanks her for saving her and taking the blame and asks her what is her aim in doing this. Bhoomi tells her that she just wants to be friends. Shefali tells her its not that easy to be friends, first she has to fulfill the resp. of a friend, Shefali tells Bhoomi to convince Arjun to marry me. Bhoomi tells her that she promises that Arjun Goenka will marry her.
Precap:
Shefali thanks Bhoomi (Devika) for doing what she has promised, and in return she has a surprise for her, she has arranged for Devika to go back to Ahmadabad.
