mansen accepts bhoomi's condition

mansen is tense & in a reflective mood & mamaji reminds him he has no other option left.bhoomi tells arjun & suraj about her precondition & they support her & insist her to stick to it.mansen says he has to make two important annoncements.first,all decisions pertaining to sc will now henceforth be taken independently by two groups.fifty percent of all business deals will be handed by him,yub,mamaji& suraj & another fifty percent will be handed by bhoomi,arjun & keshav.his second announcement is to make arjun MD.
