Shefali could have seized on the opportunity when Yuv gave her the power of attorney and used it for the benefit of Bhoomi or maybe give her back Sugandhi Creations..She let go of the golden chance and moreover alerted Yuvraj as well..😡

Agreed Barbie, i was thinking of the same thing, that why does she not take it from Yuv and then return it back to Bhavri.

Barbie an afterthought

Maybe they want to show Bhavri fighting for her own rights and reclaiming her company back, rather than it be given by someone as "bheek", and this scenario will make it more interesting, when Yuv makes blunders and how Bhavri puts the company back on track again.

ya i guess that's gonna happen
in PKP when they showed Romanchak's b'day being celebrated at the saarrthi set
the dialogues were like
arjun said" arre keshav samjhaao is kuch kitna nuksaan ho gaya hai"
bhumi says"hum yeh pieces jod kar kaamkarsakte hai"
i guess they will try to stop bhumi from completing the order by burning the clothes or something like that but she'll still complete the order

I agree, Barbie. That was what came in my mind while watching the episode. Being given the title of P.O.A is a huge thing. shefali could've easily done a lot of things in Bhoomi's favor had she agreed to Yuv's offer..

well agree with u barbie to an extent..coz whn i saw the episode even i felt ke shefali shud've taken this opportunity..par the point now is ke bhavri is tryin 2 make a name n place fer herself w/o any1's help..she has to create her own identity now so maybe its gud tht shefali didnt coz that way mansen again wud have said ke kaam kisi aur ne kia n bla bla...the usual crap tht he says..😃 par ab whn bhavri will stand up against him with her own knowledge that is the time whn he'll get a taste of his own medicine!!!😆

I agree - they want to show us how bhoomi will deal with the situation. I am suprised though shefali not mentioning it to bhoomi.
