Name 'L'il Chmps' Intrntional' Justified?

The name 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs' International is not justified.

Zee TV did not really give a good try to bring any talent from other countries.

Like SRGMP'07 no one went to USA or any other country to search for kids with talents.

I know if they tried only NY, NJ, Atlanta, Houston they could find few more wonderfull singers.

Again what about from Pakistan? Did they try at all to get few kids from neighbouring countries?

This is becoming something like world series in baseball. They call it world series but never invite any team from outside USA.

Well watever u say, but I must say Gajendra Singh's "Chootte Ustaad" r giving them a big fight, and have actually bette and mature singers as well..lol 👏

I just looked at the ZeeTV website; they have removed "international" from their LOGO also.

Why India-Forums is still keeping it?

They removed the word "International" from their website now.

I think the title is justified (or used to be at the beginning)... like I know the first few episodes where they elimination was done, there were international contestants.

The entire judging panel and crew will not travel from country to country due to budget constraints, I think they will employ agencies to hold talent contests and have the best sent to India to compete... where the worst are eliminated and the show continues, etc...

I know this cos I remember the firt few episodes where I remember contestants form all over... there was even a little girl from South Africa who was so embarassingly awful - I was not impressed to be from the same country 😆 😳

The recruits at the beginning of the show were from all parts of the world, but it seems the best is from India, as the contestants are only Indian, I believe the title has been changed accordingly 😊

In SRGMP'07 Bappida went to Canada and USA and Ismail Darber went to Middle-east to screen good participants. The result was Amanat Ali from Dubai and Mauli from USA.

Also a team went Pakistan to recruit singers from there. Good singers like Zunaid, Mussarat could come because of this.

There was not enough strive for this kind of talent search in this competition.

If I am not mistaken the logo on the banner is missing International. Its just Lil Champs noe ?😕
