Dual citizenship should be offered by Pak, in this case, because he is a NRP!!
That contract is formed by both countries in agreement, which I wonder might not have happened, considering 1000 other issues pending!

Pakistani singers who are trying to settle in India, are doing so, coz Pakistani music is mainly Pop music/ sufi singing. mainly solo stuff. you need to develop yourself. make a band and then launch yourself.

In India, the guys who came, are basically wanting to be playback singers. and they do get a push with the help of such contests. and Music Directors. not that it is bad. but it depends on each person, what they want to do.

Adnan Sami went to India coz of his personal reasons. he got divorced and all, and had some legal issues. he wanted to be hero in all the movies and songs, which was not approved by directors, in fear that it will flop. so there were many issues.

Oportunities,money and exposure!

They are obviously in India on some visa that permits them to work within India.

In the same way here industry is bigger and scopes- variety is much..

As far as Adnan sami is concerned, he didn't have to try much to get an Indian Passport,😆
It's literally the next-door country; stars can get US and UK passports with no difficulty at all; if they want, we are talking India here.

Well the truth is its harder to be a citizen of India than the UK or USA. Adnan Sami's application has not yet been approved.

Do you think settlement of singers from other countries obstacle opportunities for Indians? or you favor competition because that gives us the best outcome??

To me it definitely sounds like a harsh topic to discuss; I mean people immigrate all the time for better opportunities. Indians move and that doesn't mean that India doesn't have enough opportunities..

I don't think we are allowed to start topics that invoke regionalism or racism..

I am just curious. No hard feelings. It just seemed that there are very less opportunities in Pakistan and i was wondering if that was really so

then answer that: why do indians move to States because there are less opportunities in India????

Some Indians do move to states but not all 😊 India also has lot of American companies setting base here and it is not uncommon to see American expats moving to India.
