Aneek,I felt,had more of a problem with his voice per se than his singing...His voice was gruff and laced with hoarseness,he sounded a bit husky!!...Maybe he was suffering brom a bout of flu and bronchitis,because his voice DEFINITELY sounded very rough and he was gasping for breath at the end of each line of the song.

Well yesterday lot of people talked about how consistent raja & aneek were. Today both of them did not perform upto the mark. I mean no wonder Himesh is resorting to garnering sympathy for aneek through the dumb love triangle. This is a singing contest not a saas bahu serial. I think raja is a good singer but aneek is only a sonu duplicate. No orginality.

well this is the first time raja tried to sing a mainstream "hero" song and fell flat. If he had taken some chances earlier on he would have been able to prove his versatility. I mean raja deserves a second chance but aneek needs to go. He and that topiwala himesh are unnecssary creating that love triangle drama.

I feel that aneek is not that great a singer. Raja, amanat, poonam, mussarat are all more talented than him beacuse they bring a certain amount of individuality to their singing. aneek only copies sonu nigam. Plus the love triangle drama annoys me to no end. as far a poonam is concerned she is somebody who has been praised by asha bhosale that you will definitely become a playback singer. Tell me if she said that about anyone else.

Well said Sakhi👏. We Aneek fans know that Aneek is there only and only because of his talent. We are not that dumb to like him or dislike him with what Himesh's says or any of his opponent fan says.

yes oh re chore was a mainsttream number sung by udit narayan in a style different from his which matches raja's singing well. I think raja is an excellent singer, only he should have taken risks where his voice does not naturally match the song a little earlier so he would have gotten comfortable.

could it be that you feel that way simply cos aneek's tonal quality is similar to sonu's?! as far as individuality is concerned, i see as much, if not more individuality in aneek as in say raja. jaane kya chahe mann, dil se, ya ali, tauba main pyar karke, in dinon, bulla ki jaana and the few hr songs that he sang.. where did you find him copying sonu in them? and in the sonu songs that he sang, well, his voice is slightly similar to sonu's and his expressions would match the original so naturally it would sound similar to sonu's singing.. but is it copying? to copy someone's style of singing is different from having a similar voice tone. to me shabbir kumar is a copy of md. rafi cos he copied rafi's singing, but sonu nigam is not even though initially ppl found his voice similar to rafi's. on the same vein, aneek sings as aneek and does not copy sonu nigam.

if aneek copies sonu, then mussarat copies nfak, raja copies kailash kher/sukhwinder singh, poonam copies jaspinder narula.. so there goes individuality!

but yes, hr drama is irritating though if it's helping the contestants, i'm ok with it. and pity ashaji didn't see aneek perform while she was here.. am sure you'll agree that she would've judged his talent better than you and me 😊

Since you brought it up, aneek did get a back door entry. so if he won bengali SRGMP it does not give him the right to direct entry. aneek should have competed with everyone. You are not a mind reader and we will never know what asha bhosale thinks about his singing as he got back. I think you are taken by aneek 's cute looks than his singing.
