She IS underrated because she hasn't come with extra baggage i.e. she isn't controversial like Mauli (as far as her voice is concerned) nor does she say anything to garner sympathy. Bappi Da is all looney over his "Shakira"....gosh!!!😕 Puhleez...get over the Mayya Mayya phase.

I mean I like Mauli as much as Sumedha..but I do agree that Bappi da needs to give her a bit hype too..but I think she's getting hype due to the love story thing 🤢

i agree...Sumedha is so adorable and the way she talks is really cute..she luked really pretty yesterday and the day before as well...shes the most gorgeous one there out of the girls! 😊

This really stuck out to me too! Just the way she was sorta bent down with the ghoonghat on her head while shyly talking to Laloo was ADORABLE. This girl is beautiful + cute + has a terrific smile and just the way she carries herself makes a guy like me all warm inside. And the fact that she has a similar effect on the chicas is a testament to her beauty and charm. I watch all the singing competitions and Sumedha is bar none the best looking contestant I've seen to date.

Not a huge fan of her singing though. There are times when she's terrific but just as many times where her singing(sur wise) leaves a lot to be desired. I thought she was brilliant on Friday but so-so Saturday. I'm surprised so many in here are always at Mauli's throat but consider Sumedha a great singer 😕. Probably has a lot to do with how much attention(male attention, especially!) Mauli gets and since SRGMP mostly has a female fan following/viewership, I'm sure that pisses 'em off/makes 'em jealous. Women in general I've noticed don't like it when a HOT girl whose not an actress gets a lot of attention from the opposite sex.

See the qwali episode and watch Sumedha smile dressed in a red sari that framed her beautiful face and smile. Even Daler could not resist her charm and ran away from Mauli Babe while on stage.

No, you're right. Girls don't get jealous of other pretty/hot women. Especially when guys are constantly ogling at 'em. What was I thinking?? 😆

Lord knows I hang around women who're practically OBSESSED with appearance of themselves/others and are always in subtle competition with their female friends/relatives over who looks best. Appearance plays a HUGE role in judging EVERYTHING. But maybe I live in a different world than you guys 😉 😆

You people can use all the smilies you want by I've watched enough SRGMP with my sisters and female cousins to know what exactly it is about Mauli that gets 'em so worked up. Continue playing the denial game but I KNOW what I've seen/heard in my own house. It isn't so much abt how attractive(her face, awesome ada, personality etc) and talented Mauli is alone, it's more abt the sort of response she gets because of IT.
