Why is there no hoopla about Harpreet??

I mean, both days, he was phenomenal. Plus he got the green card last time he performed. Yet no one in the board has discussed him. And unfortunately, he was overshadowed in June 9th eppy as well by Mauli. Only Roshanji pointed out how well he sang that famous Lucky Ali number.

Plus, Harpreet is quite good looking (sans the nose) and I would hve thought there certainly would be "Cute Harpreet" threads floating about.

I mean talk about an underdog, and you have got Harpreet...Sunil doesnt count, because frankly, he sang terribly last time (both days) and should have been eliminated.

Harpreet is quite a good singer....all his performances so far hv been good.......

he sang brilliantly on sat's episode...his performance was overshadowed by the whole 'mauli drama' 😕 ...but Rajesh Roshan praised him & called his performance an excellent one....... 😛

He is consistent & someone to watch out for....

it defn wasn't because in a way, if the crowd doesn't get to see enough of a contestant beyond thier singing, then who is to know if they will vote for the contestant or not? I just hate that poor Harpreet always has to perform w/ Mauli and obv in the end, all the judges focus on Mauli and gets left out!

Lol, clever. Well thats the thing, I indeed have "no clue" about why there is no hoopla about Harpreet... 😊

Harpreet is a good singer, but has not made his identity yet. There is nothing about his singing that stands out.

But I feel that is partly because he has constantly gotten overshadowed by Mauli, esp in the mentor evaluation. I also don't think Adi has ever asked Harpreet anything at all. Look, all the paki guys, they are good singers but they are also known for thier comments to/from the judges after thier singing--ranging from Junaid "acting modest" to the whole Mussarat controversy. The indian contingent like Sunil and Apurva (both who are equally as good or worse than Harp. in my opinion) are also more recognizable because they are given comments and are given chances to respond. Harpreet hardly gets any comments because all the commenting time is spent in evaluating the oh-so-great Mauli and this will be the norm until the finals.
