ok i will post much used n abused dessert recipes by MOI:

Ok apple crumble/crisp
u will need:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar/jaggery/guddh
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 6 cups sliced apples
- salt to taste
- cinnamon to taste
What to do?

Combine oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, sugar and butter; blend together until crumbly. Place apples in a baking pan. Top with oatmeal mixture. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.

its soo gooood and easy!!!

Ok this is what alllll desi are proud of...picked it up from the aunty down the street 😆
Fruit cocktail

You will need:
- 1/4 cup cream cheese - USE LIGHT
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar or to taste
- large can fruit cocktail

What to do with all that junk?
Combine cream cheese, evaporated milk, and sugar in blender and blend until smooth. Empty contents in a bowl and set aside. Drain syrup and add fruit cocktail to the mixture. VOILA!!

ok PERSONAL FAV and also idiot proof!
Coffee Cream
What you need:
- 8 large marshmallows
- 1/2 pint whipping cream or
- 1/3 whip cream (cool whip) plus 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup strong coffee ( 1 teaspoon instant coffee 1/4 cup water)
What to do with the junk?
well whip up the whip cream. Dissolve marshmallow in hot coffee. Allow to partly set, then mix with whipped cream. Pile into coffee mugs and eat it while its hot!!
