This actually is a big myth that you become a MOTW if you are popular. You are approached for being a MOTW if you are regular enough and if you accept to occupy the seat. Being new, old, senior member, all these things never works.Sometimes some members may Pm the concerned person of a name and then it takes off from there.Popularity per se actually has no role to play.
