Appeal to all our SRGMP members.

Hi All,

I am sure in the past one month we all have witnessed a lot of suspicions, allegations and counter-allegations between members and dev team members and in total it was detrimental to the Spirit of India Forums.

I believe the current Dev Team active on this section are doing a fine job with responsibility and will continue as moderators of the forum. We are continously working towards making the system better.

Incase as a member you do have objections to certain actions of theirs I would suggest that you please discuss it with them directly through "PM". And if it doesnt help then you can contact the admin group. Please allow us some time to get back to you as we do recieve a lot of PMs daily.

Any futher discussions challenging dev team integrity will NOT be entertained. Such suspicion or allegations creates a very uncongenial and unwanted ambiance.

Any personal attack on any member openly on the forum directly, indirectly or even sarcastically may lead to increase in warning level or even banning without notice. Members are requested to use the "Report Post" feature if you find a post objectionable.

We will soon be getting more Dev Team members for the section so that we can keep an active watch on mischief mongers and can snub the problem at the bud level.

I am sure our members will support me on this and will co-operate in taking this forum forward.

Hmnn.....I tried to understand but failed. What is so confusing and funny about wondering who new moderators are? Do I sense some kind of disrespect towards dev team members who are not even there yet ? Please don't mind. I am just curious to know what brought on those emoticons............

Anyone who have moderate views, unbiased, active, and who can take the forum forward and has good problem solving skills.

Well firstly - I would never disrespect towards the Dev team members😉but I read somewhere in the post about more Mods

This message comes as a breath of fresh air, with a hope that we will all see once again a calmer forum ,civil and friendly indulging in what we were known best for - having a good time the musical way all together as a family.

I have full faith in the SRGMP Dev team and shall continue to have so.

Lets hope no further tension erupts and will personally will try my best to keep out of trouble and also will bear in mind while asking questions on MOTW that the sensitivity of members at the large is not affected.

But you know Vijay, if these are criteria for mod then none of present mod is capable for moderating. They are still struggling to solve the problem since one month.
