No offense Anudi, but all of that is nonsense, without the drugs she would have done great harm to herself. To understand depression you have to go through it, it is not just "in the head" as a lot of people say. It is a medical condition and medicine is required. Herbal works very well actually.

Yes Anu - one of my nearest person is a patient of depression! And trust me that's not a joke. It's not like the usual depression when you get a low marks in exam or something - it's an acute medical condition and you need medicine to keep your nerves calm!
