It is also very wrong to come and open the first thread and with first post to challenge the attitude of the other members.. It is also incorrect to open unnecessary threads to question some others just because this new member feels like it..

For a american person as she claimed , who doesn't give a damn about criticising others vociferously and questions why we Indians here are so conservative, shouldn't mind if she is criticized.

i was just saying tht her english should'nt have been made fun of,thats all,it means that a person who can't write good english will be made fun of on the forum,is that fair?????any way u guys go ahead and do whatever u want,i don't want to get into an argument,its difficult to express ur views on this forum now.

I don't believe the issue is about the incorrect grammar used or spelling mistakes. Its an attitude that some have on this forum that as long as they qualify every criticism, just or unjust of others, with "its just my opinion" then that gives them a 'get out of jail free' card.

If you want to correct others, with your opinion, of how they need to 'grow up' then you have to be prepared for some backlash because they have just as much right to express their opinion. Things would not have gotten out of hand if the initiating party had maintained the decorum of the forum in beginning their argument.

But thats just "my opinion"

well it's call slang lang here!!!! that's the way spelling is written,and we don't care about the grammar when writting to friend or chatting online!!! it's not that we don't know the spelling....

well about the name of the singer misspelled, i'm not from india,i'm born and raise in america, i have friend here in med uni. who is from india ,pakistan or else they know hindi and when they r free they talk in that lang.. ,so it's been 4 yrs i'm with them and learnt hindi and can understand very nicely but speak little...

i don't have indian channel in myplace ,i go to my friend place and hang out and watch indian programs. i love indian dance and songs.well i must have spelled the name abhijit or amey name wrong so what , i don't know ur spelling name and it's hard to remember for me , here in us indian people keep different name to let people understand !!!!!!!!!, so cool it yaar😡
