True,I agree with Bhaskar.

MODS are there to control the administrative aspects which we cannot do.But as senior members we should help in easing out the problem rather than creating them.Some just sit at the boundary line to just view happenings wihout intervening and passing nasty comments and then covering it up with some superlative adjectives,and when some try to bring in sanity they just pass insinuating comments triggering more tension.

We members are equally responsible to maintain sanity around here.

I would also like to say despite all the chaos yesterday there were some senior members who actually jumped into the fray and tried helping out.Some such names that comes to mind is ans24usa (our dear anu) , who though quite junior in age, showed immense maturity Awww ( who when realised her thread was becoming a raging battlefield, jumped into the fray to get members out of it) and Shadytown , with his witty and funny comments tried distracting attention and ofcourse Apparaohoare, Jadoogar,Daisyrable are some others .

I hope I don't sound out of place but being members it is our responsibility as well to maintain peace in our family instead of always calling 911 (our MODS) at the slightest trouble.

I didn't want to write in ths thread at all but now I can't stop myslef after reading so many things here.

I think our problem is most of the time we focus on what others should do, the day we start focusing on what we should do, I think most of the problems will be resolved by itself. That's just my point of view.

Best is for the members to take responsibility themselves. Banning and increasing warnings are not the only solutions. Try to maintain the decorum and all will be fine. Especially the senior members here.

Yes you are right we have to take our own responsibility and need to learn to avoid certain thread. One other thing that I would like to point out and also like to see that the members who are banned and restricted explain there reason of doing so, and it should be public on sticky thread. Again this my thought.

On a positive note, number of negative posts has decreased from yesterday to today. Hope we'll be discussing only music after next couple of days.

Mods, thanks for your patience in trying to restrain everyone here from negative posts.
