The jodis started off not too well but improved as the rounds went on. The studio round was fabulous - which goes on to show how well these people can sing when not under pressure or forced to dance around. 👏

I felt BS were slightly better overall, and even in the final round, their song was much more difficult than the one given to UA - because of the constant changing of tune that was required. Sharib had some good improvisations 👍🏼

2nd round:
1. BS; Sharib was excellent. I think he could have sung in higher pitch, but probably reduced the octave . SHe was not good. But overall good. Iliked his Fiza sounded well, as opposed toyelling. overall fair

2. UA; Ujjaini was good,Aishwarya was good, but again his breathing was very heavy. I havent heard the original, if there is really breathing like that in the song.But overall fair

3rd round: 1. UA; very good. Ujjaini sang like a pro. Aishwarya was very good too.

2. I think the EMAET team is being mean toSharib, even if it is not real. They are always insulting him. I dont know what the problem is. He was making fun of Sharib singing in high pitch. I think that was uncalled for.
Banjyotsna's voice sounded very good in the recording. I think she has some problem singing live.I think it was good overall.
Overall after today's performance, it is anybody;s game. Both are about the same. I was really impressed with Banjyotsna's voice.

First Round

Although I am a big fan of Ujjaini from the C2005 days, but I must say that I that giving them four stars in the first round was not fair. 😡 They deserved 3 stars maximum. After watching Suruchi's video's I am very much disappointed by Ujjaini's performance. I expect a lot more from her. On the other hand, BS deserved at least 5 stars in the first round.

Second Round

Although the audio quality of the video was not very good but still I feel that UA should have got 6 stars. Sharib was not upto the mark. My pyara chotu sang the song much better. Banjo was sick, so everything is forgiven.

Third Round

UA was fantastic. Picking up a song, memorizing it, and recording it in 1 hour needs a lot of talent.

For a change Banjo was FANTASTIC, MIND BLOWING. She sounded perfect on recording. Sharib will be a fantastic playback singer. He is just amazing when recorded. He sounds like a professional singer. BUT BUT BUT………….. they should have been disqualified for taking 1 hour and 25 minutes instead of 1 hour. A RULE IS A RULE. No exceptions there.

hi, ur right bout da first n second rounds but in the third round they didnt get 1 hour n 25 mins they got the right time. they came late thats why it looked lyk they got more time. and plus the musicians were too busy tellin sharib off.

Did my analysis really give you that impression? Sharib is a good singer, but by no means I am his fan or anything. I am just going by today's performance. Among the current EMAET singers, (most are mediocre) I think he is pretty good,. There are only 2 male singers left, so we really have no choice but to like the relatively better among the two.

oh well can i just say i am not interested.both jodis werent very impressive yesterday.they only made up in the playback round
