Another advice, it would be welcome if discussions are better kept to discussions rather than taking a personal dig. It wouldn't help if everybody got nasty, would it ??

first of all i was just joking

theres absolutely no need to get so serious in it

because i dont think i have written something offensive or insulting

and i dont see any problem with a particular word that i or someone else uses after all this is an independent forum

i also sometimes have many problems with ur posts

but neither have the time nor the will to point it out to them unless it has something offensive

and i dont think the term rockstar is offensive at all

Trust me, I'm pretty chilled. I don't let my anger take over control of my entity at the drop of a hat ... 😉

I'll go by your words that it was a joke (the personal dig) and leave it at that. Afterall everything can be attributed to a momentary lapse of reason ....

Offensive ... I never mentioned anywhere that using "rockstar" is offensive .... if you go back few pages and see clearly where I first made the post you can see very clearly, I had only questioned the sanity in using the word "rockstar" everywhere .... Just like it would be foolhardy if I used the word "prime minister" whenever HR is discussed because that's not the case .. You could have very well ignored the post if you found it offensive or disrespectful or utterly blasphemous .....

It's all about using the proper adjectives or titles dear. Let's keep it at that. Good Day, ma'am.
