IT's interesting how so many people signed live abroad. Something to think about.

arre, yeh bhee achha idea dhoondh nikala hai. Another Mininstry for the politicians to dip their hands into. 😆

yaar, ok, u like these singers so much. then why not support them on your own? why expect the common man to subsidize some of our "finer sensibilities". humarey paas paisa nahee hai, par am jaanta ke paas bahut paisa hai? bolo toh chanda ikatta karein janta se? 😉

arre bhai-log, kya kar rahe ho? chalein hain sudhar karne, kaheen na padh jaye lathi.

ab kya chahiye? a desi version of the Reich Chamber of Music or the Chinese Ministry? these also started with noble ideals, but ultimately became the driving forces for folks getting rounded up, tortured and killed. why? because the poor souls did not conform to expectations of the elite. arre thoda toh history se seekho. "cultural elitism" in any form is a very dangerous concept, always has been.

chalo, agar mera kehna nahee manna toh Akshaye Khanna ka toh mann sakte ho na? his interview in HT/ Internet version today is there for all to read. Now, while i may not consider bollywood wallas to be particularly very intelligent, aap sab toh samajhte hain na? in any case, he does articulate the case against "cultural cops" quite well.

thoda padho yaar. kehte hain na "padhoge likhoge toh banoge nawaab". 😉
