sensible advice. Vinit shld also try to work with ID. if he sticks only with HR then he'll go down when HR goes. am sure JL and AS really dont have much use for vinit aside from the shoddy tricks they all tried to play together against ID. but if he has ID also on his side, then i think he'll reach great heights, else who knows.
