I'm talking about the law, Seema ji. Killing of animals that are on endangered list is a crime and from all accounts, look like Salman has committed that crime...
Eating meat is not a crime...

I wrote a stream of letters after he killed blackbugs in Jodhpur , right from DJ Jodhpur to many people including Maneka Gandhi, in fact she replied me back immediately, requesting them to yield pressure to put him behind bars for many years.

Justice should be same for all, what about other who were involved and aquitted respectfully. Is it not selective justice? I beleive in justice and everybody should follow laws of the land, but law should treat everybody equally. To me all should have been put behind bar from Salman to Satish Shah to Saif Ali khan to even herions who were involved.

well yes the law shld be followed. but i was giving my point-of-view.

my point-of-view does not need to agree with the law. whether eating meat is a crime or not is subjective opinion. ofcourse it is not a crime according to law

Because chicken is not an endangered species in India.

I had this comment typed up in my first page reply to Jemsji, but let go of it b'cos I thought I might be bringing SRGMP unrelated discussion, but now since all of you all already done that, let me do "bahti ganga me haath dhona"

There is another point of View on this whole case, Which I think you folks are ignoring

A person who is a repeat offender of various crimes, if caught under any crime then he/she should be prosecuted to the highest level(think Capone and Untouchables).

Look I am no great lovers of animal(I myself am one, and I subject myself/my family to C2005, so I have no right to complain about animal cruelty) Jokes aside
Salman and various such dignitaries are caught by some law every other year, Breaking some laws are unpardonable, they get away(you know how). One/any law is able to put them behind bars I say

"Hey prabhu, teri leela ajab, kaise Indian Penal code law banvaya tune"

Am I hypocritical yes, BITE ME

I have nothing against SK as a film actor, I sometimes even like some of his films. But if some film personality flaunts relationship with people who tried to blow up my city, I by hook or crook want that person want him/her behind bars

For me, SRGMP C2005 lost any respectability when they brought on SK on the show and played the jokes of his being "Bhai".

Just my (slanted)POV, you can have one too

Seemaji - without wanting to take away from the praise that others have heaped on you regarding your "debating prowess" - I would like to make a comment. Seems like you are inter-mingling the issues of legalese with issues on ethics and morality. This - to me is rather dangerous Seemaji.

'Cos - taking a step back - then you would never agree to convict any rapist or a murderer. 'cos what is wrong in someones' eyes is right in others'. And they have their own reasons for doing so. Maybe there were exonerating circumstances !?!?!

On grounds of ethics and morality - we are all guilty of some crime or the other Seemaji - so who are we to cast the first stone????

Whereas - if you see it from a "purely" legal perspective - then the fog lifts from our eyes Seemaji.
