this artcile and GS's statement proves beyond any doubt that he had a clear bias towards himani, that also explains himani sudden increase in votes after going dangerously low (amongst bottom two) to being safe in all subsequent episodes. 😆

also GS went out of his way to declare himani the best female singer, pray tell why?!!! when u decide tht contest will have one winner, wherez the question of best female/male singer?!!!! very fishy 😆

GS's reginoal bias lies exposed here, he himself being a north indian favoured himani and vinit, and also started this crappy system of declaring votes zonewise, y in an all india contest are votes being declared zonewise? wht was the intention behind doing that GS? what was the point u were trying to make?!!!!

I don't think any of the Top5 candidates should return to the show again. They have been there for 8 months, and should now venture beyond Saregamapa. They should bring back other talented contestants who really need the platform. Unless they are just talking of bringing them back for the megafinals. In that case, they should bring back Hemachandra, Himani and Nihira… It would not be fair otherwise. I would love to see them perform without contest pressure… it would be great to hear them sing some duets, which were missing in the Agnipariksha.

Thanks again for the positive news… I'm really looking forward to hearing recorded songs of Himani, Nihira and Hema … 👏 👏 👏

The same has happened to a LOT other contestants... You forgot Nihira and Hema being in the bottom 2? Didn't Hema get the highest vote after some episodes? Talking about bias..😆😆

the article is so biased again.always hemas name is left and never appreciated by gajji nor mentors.how can they be so blatant.if someone is good why cant they be truthful about there capabilities and praise them.even alka yagnik says himani and nihira are the good singers and not a word abt hema.this is really disheartening.

This absolutely shows that what was going on all these days. True and talented people are not publicised properly. While Himani and vineet were very much in the news.

that really wasn't nice...you just insulted years of hard training and loads of talent. i personally didn't like himesh's attitude at all and nihira and hema not getting any acknowledgment was unfair as they were both superb singers, but dragging himani into this? that's not right...calling her a fake/false contestant...in case you didn't notice, when the contestants were being judged by our renown musical maestros she always got the 'green' card. so who exactly are you to say that she is a fake contestant? and your last little comment there about 'him' being in their names was probably one of the most immature things i have read around here

True that Nihira and Hemachandra were possibly the greatest talents of the show, but that does not mean that Himani can be called Fake in any respect.. She also has a great voice (a little different from conventional playback singer).. but may be that is why she can pull a 'Jiya dhadak dhadak' so well.. Also, we all know all the controversy in the episode she was voted out after numerous recountings.. may be she never got the lowest votes and was forced to go.. And looking at HR's attitude to pick her for world tour and all, may be she was sacrificed for Vinit that day..
Just wish her all the best and hope that she maintains her composure.. Just hope that HR does not harm her as much as he has harmed Vinit.. The poor guy lost all his singing midway and all left in him was the arrogance!
