me n my room mate have stopped listening to songs by original singers now!! we just listen to SRGMP and II performances coz some of htem are even better than the singers !!!!

n that line that losing is better than winning is very true, because when u lose esp at this stage, u know u r good..but maybe not the best, so u work harderr to get there..

can u imagine wat hemu wuld be if he had improved his diction a LITTLE bit ?!?!

and breath control in bhumbro..ya i agree..but i didnt like tat performace because he stressed on the word bumBro a lot as compared to the original song...

like he gave a lot more weightage to the diction this time.. that spoiled hte beautiful of the song...

u kno if there ws a song i wished he wuld sing would be either satrangi re from dil se (i think vinit sang that) or dheere jalna from paheli... those songs test ur breath control i think !

Remember Siddhu's words: "Paras Aur Hema, unka koi mol nahi" (pardon my Hindi if i am wrong)! That is so true. Atleast one person praised him exactly in the way Hema deserves.
I started SAREGAMAPA watching just becoz of Hema. I saw his perfomance where he sang "Lekar Hum Deewana Dil." It was awesome.
Immediately I subscribesd to Zee tv. Now i don't feel like watching it since he is gone. True competition is lacking now. It is the same opinion of my 5yr old too.

All his songs have some kind of speciality in singing wise where it requires some good techniques like lot of Breath control....and so many more.
Hats off to HemaChandra.

for my belief hema has one of the world's best voice after nihira... after i heard all of songs over and over again and compared with original, i actually thought that hemu has better voices than other pro singers

I am also Hema fan from US.

I dont feel like watching it either..

SRGMP lost it charm !

Hema was the Soul and Feeling of Saregamapa. It just doesn't look right withought him. At the end of the latest show in US, they Sang Hema's Anewala Pal, gee I wander why they sang that 😆 Hema is missed by EVERYON, even Shaan. I am sure, when hema sang Shaan's song, he would've gotten a 10 😉

i played the original song "nahin saamne" on the ares player, and i played hema's version on windows media player, both at the same time. NOW i know exactly why aadesh keeps calling him an original singer. he sang the song a tad bit sharper/higher than AR Rahman/hariharan (i dont really know who! shame on me lol!) and i think both of the versions are EXTREMELY nice. and in the real version, after the word "preyasi" ends, the singer goes for a higher ending, but hema went lower into a kind of "alap" which was very beautifully sung.
seriously dude, HATS OFFFF for Hemachandra.
