Ismail Darbar indirectly to the other mentors when Nihira was out and Debo was given very less marks by AS and HR. "Unko mein apne kaam se maroonga." Bravo!!

Well I liked that Subhash Ghai made some intelligence comments for all of
the singers, I liked how he mentioned all of the important elemtns of a song
- -sure, taal, and other technical elements and then complimented Vineet on
the feeling he brought to the song. Then he went on complimented
Chandu's technical skills -- he made his opinions clear without being
insulting.

Also I liked the way SG blew off HR's solicitation of a compliment.
