We all know Himesh is in love with Vinit and will bite off anyone's head if they give low marks or less than 10 so to avoid confrentation they give 10 marks to HR not vinit because its all personal for him (remember when aadesh noticed a click and tempering in the tracks of one of Vinit's songs Himesh flipped out on Aadesh ji)
