I recommend our famous Baba Ramdev Breathing Exercise.
I think long walks should help.
Cold temperature makes it bad.
I once asked a kid to pray n he was actually cured of Asthma. Following week he was playing football.

LOL they won't listen to me. They only follow what the doctor says. So I have to wait till I become a doctor to tell them what to do. But then it might be too late 😆
